01Malaysia Day Celebration 2022
On Septermber 2022, we decided to have a mini celebration to recognize the importance and spirit of Malaysia Day! Of course we had dress codes - only traditional wear was allowed on that day! We started with an opening performance by our singer, Mr Theeban, gifted us a beatiful Hindi song.
The second performance was by Nisa, who was accompanied by a guitarist, Ikhmal. The performance was followed by a pop quiz on Malaysia (Theeban won with the most number of points).
For the final performance, we had a group come together to dance the traditional Dikir Barat! A total of 10 dancers participated - a moment to be proud of!
We ended the event with a best-dressed contest, some food, desserts and prizes. Definitely a day we will cherish in our lives!
