Position : Digital Marketer (Content and Social Media)

ISCISTECH Business Solutions Sdn. Bhd. and it’s subsidiary companies are focused on providing the best software development services, digital platform for HR solutions including payroll administration and recruitment and medical equipment related services.

As a ‘Digital Marketer’ dedicated to social media marketing, you will play a key role in developing and implementing good social media initiatives and drive to achieve our marketing objective and goal. You are responsible to create videos in all suitable social media platform and to manage our digital platform, profiles and engage with our client/subscribers.

    Social Media Strategy:

  • To develop, create and execute the best possible social media strategies to create a brand and product awareness and engagement, including the grunt work of managing and scheduling the posts.

  • Content Creation:

  • To create a daily using social media accounts in the form of Videos and Images in TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn
  • To plan Social Media content in advance using tools (Meta Business Suite)
  • Monitor and keep track of all Social Media posts using a Social Media Calendar
  • Edit videos, images using tools like Canva and Capcut

  • Stay Up-To Date

  • Constantly research and be part or stay ahead of the trends set in Social Media
  • Consistently managing social media ads (FB Ads Manager, Tiktok Promote etc.)
  • Community Engagement

  • Explore collaboration opportunities with influential social media platforms for a higher reach
  • Research:

  • To conduct extensive research on our industry-related topics to ensure content is accuracy and relevancy.
  • Others:

  • To contribute and present ideas on how to market our products
  • Ad-hoc marketing activities deemed necessary by supervisor.
  • Candidates must possess at least DIPLOMA or DEGREE preferably in the field of Marketing and/or Science
  • Reasonable experience in digital marketing but not mandatory
  • Social media management (use notion, Meta Business Suite etc.)
  • High familiarity with soc med platform functions and features
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Familiar with ChatGPT or other AI content creation/management tools
  • Basic PC/laptop literacy.
  • Not camera shy. We need an energetic, confident and outgoing person who is not afraid to be in front of a camera.

Position : Sales Executive

A results-oriented, consistent and persistent salesperson with good communication and analytical skills. Able to achieve sales target and secure profitable business deal for our organization. Dedicated and passionate in developing trust and long-term business relationship with client.

  • Build and manage relationships with customers to achieve the goals and objectives identified by the company and meet/exceed sales targets.
  • Proactively identify opportunities/new sales leads, understand client requirements, prepare quotations, follow up, and monitor closely to win good business deals.
  • Demonstrate products effectively to clients.
  • Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships by understanding their needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize user experience on all company websites and digital platforms.
  • Ensure clients are happy with our products and services.
  • Record all activities in CRM system and ensure KPIs are met.
  • IT Software Sales – Be able to present Software functionality and usage to potential client (Preferred)
  • IT Software Sales – Experience in selling IT Software and Services will be an added advantage
  • Good English and Bahasa communication skills.
  • Must have strong negotiation skills.

  • Able to work independently with strong interpersonal and communication skills and a pleasant personality.
