- No. Workers can receive their salaries through a verified TNG eWallet account without opening a traditional bank account.
- For the current process, employers onboard to HR2eazy to manage worker records, process payroll and generate the DuitNow bulk transfer file.
- A converter-only facility is being developed for selected TNG users who need file generation without fully onboarding to HR2eazy HRMS.
- HR2eazy generates the DuitNow bulk transfer file in the required format for supported banks. Employers then upload the generated file to their bank portal to process salary payments
- After the employer uploads the generated payment file to a supported bank portal, the bank processes the salary payments to the workers’ verified TNG eWallet accounts
